Everything about limits, credits and what happens to your files. If something is still unclear, the answer is probably worth adding here — tell us.

Using the tool

Which files can I upload?: JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 25 MB and 25 megapixels. Larger files are rejected before anything is charged.
How long does one image take?: Usually a few seconds. Very large files take longer because they have to travel to the model and back.
Can I drop several images at once?: Not yet. One image at a time; batch uploads are the next thing on the list.
Why is my preview so small?: Free previews are capped at 0.25 megapixels so you can judge the cutout before paying. The edges are identical to the paid file, only the pixel count differs.

How many free previews do I get?: Three per day, whether you are signed in or not. The counter resets at midnight UTC.
Why do I have to pass a challenge?: Free requests are protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile check. It keeps scripted abuse away without asking you to solve puzzles.
A preview failed. Did it use up my allowance?: No. If the cutout could not be produced, the preview is given back to your daily allowance automatically.

What does one credit cover?: One image at the resolution you uploaded, with no watermark and a full alpha channel.
Do credits expire?: Credits from a pack never expire. Credits included in a monthly plan are replaced with a fresh allowance at each renewal and do not roll over.
What if a paid cutout fails?: The credit is refunded to your balance in the same request, and the refund appears in your credit history.
How do I cancel a subscription?: Open Manage billing on your account page. That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plan or update your card.
Which payment methods work?: Everything Stripe Checkout offers for your country, including major cards and the local wallets Stripe supports. We never see your card details.

Do you keep the files?: Originals and cutouts are stored in an object storage bucket so you can download them again from your account page. Files created without an account are only reachable through the signed link from that session.
Who can see my images?: Only you. Download links are either tied to your signed-in session or to a signed token that belongs to the job.
Are my images used to train models?: No. Your images are processed only to produce the cutout you asked for, and storage is switched off on the processing side, so nothing is retained there afterwards.
